Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Calibration

1. Zero Calibration: Zero calibration is performed with the flowmeter completely stationary. The purpose of zero calibration is to eliminate measurement errors caused by environmental factors, mechanical vibration, and other factors. During zero calibration, the flowmeter must be in a stable environment to avoid external interference.

2. Full-Scale Calibration: Full-Scale Calibration of the Coriolis mass flowmeter is performed using a standard flowmeter. During full-scale calibration, the accuracy and stability of the standard flowmeter must be ensured to meet the required standards. By comparing the measurement results of the standard flowmeter with the Coriolis mass flowmeter, the flowmeter parameters are adjusted to ensure that the measurement results are consistent with the standard values.

3. Density Calibration: Density calibration is required because the density of the fluid affects the measurement results. During density calibration, the density of the fluid is measured using a densitometer and the result is entered into the flowmeter. The flowmeter automatically calibrates based on the entered density value to ensure accurate measurement results.
